Shopping at TALYAH LONDON
Place your order by simply clicking on the image or item title to view the full item description and add your selected item to your basket. Once your shopping is complete you can then proceed to checkout. Payments can be made by Shopify Payments or PayPal. You do not have to be a member or have an account with PayPal in order to use the services.
Payments By Debit/Credit Card
For your security, electronic payments to The TALYAH limited Company are accepted through Shopify Payments or PayPal secure on-line payment system. Shopify Payments & PayPal are some of the most popular and safest credit card processing systems available, and are trusted by over 200 million people around the world! All major credit cards and debit cards are accepted. Your credit card information is kept confidential by Shopify Payments Or PayPal, and is not shared with any merchants including TALYAH Limited Company.
Shopify Payments & PayPal use the latest technology for security and for fraud prevention -- making your payment safe. For your privacy, we do not have access to any financial information entered with Shopify Payments or PayPal.
At checkout, on selecting PayPal as your preferred payment and clicking 'Complete Your Order' you will be automatically transferred to PayPal's secure payment area to enter payment information, and then returned to this site after your payment is accepted. PayPal sends our checkout system immediate confirmation of the transaction.
*If you experience any problems at checkout to complete your order payment via PayPal please contact us and we can arrange to process your order and complete payment.
Postage and Packaging
To calculate the cost of postage & Packaging to your area TALAYAH Limited Company will automatically calculate the total weight of your order and you pay a price for that weight bracket. This calculation is in line with our current postal charges.
Deliveries are sent out by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and Other Courier Delivery Services depending on your chosen option on schedule of delivery. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. On occasion this may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control - for example Bank Holidays and the Christmas period. We will endeavour to dispatch all paid orders prior to or on the last postal day on such occasions. However, we will contact you by email if we are aware of this prior to dispatch.
You can track the status of your order by logging into your members area and clicking on 'Orders' if you have created and account on registering. This also enables you to checkout quicker on future purchases. Your placed orders will be available to view and you will also have the current assigned status against each one. The meaning of each status is described below:
Processing - Your order has been successfully placed and is awaiting payment
Complete - The payment for your order has been received and your order is being packed
Dispatched - Your order has been dispatched and should be with you within the next two/three working days
Cancelled - Either payment for your order has not been received within a reasonable time and it has now been cancelled by us, or you have informed us that you no longer wish to continue with your order.
The Data Protection Act dictates that we must protect your account information against unauthorized access or release. We will not give, sell, rent, or loan any identifiable personal information to any third party, unless you have authorized us to or we are legally required to do so.
Under UK law you are entitled to a "cooling off" period after placing your order. You may cancel your order without giving a reason and return your goods within 7 working days following the day of receipt for a full refund of all charges other than postage. Goods must be returned as new and unused/unopened.
The cost of and safe return of the goods is the responsibility of the customer. You are advised to obtain a proof of postage from the post office. We are not responsible for the loss of any items during transit for any returned items.
In the unfortunate event of any faulty goods being received, please contact us immediately to arrange the return of the goods. They must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Any reasonable postage costs incurred in the return of faulty goods will be refunded. We cannot be held liable for goods lost in transit whilst being returned to us, in this event you must obtain compensation from the postal service involved. We recommend that goods are returned by Recorded Delivery to ensure signed receipt.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
